Rev Adriana has taught meditation in New York and Florida. She currently leads meditation groups in Jacksonville, Florida, at private locations.
Previous to Jacksonville, she offered guided meditation classes at The Goddess Store & Studio in Hollywood, FL; The Monterey Village in N. Miami, FL; and Hollywood Beach, FL, among other locations.
The meditation classes offered are perfect for beginners, but all levels are welcome.
Meditation to Blissfulness
During this hour you will learn techniques that can help you quiet the mind, develop calmness, psychic insight, reduce stress and have a richer, deeper experience of life.
You will learn breathing techniques, psotures recommended by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, mudras, mantras, the use of crystals, oils and more.
Plus, enjoy a FREE mini Angel reading at the end of every class.
