Having lead group guided meditation for several years it has helped me define this workshop.
Currently I lead a meditation group in Hollywood, South Florida.
I have offered guided meditation classes at The Goddess Store & Studio in Hollywood, FL; The Monterey Village in N. Miami, FL; and Hollywood Beach, FL, among other locations.
The meditation classes offered are perfect for beginners, but all levels are welcome.
Meditation to Blissfulness
During this hour you will learn techniques that can help you quiet the mind, develop calmness, psychic insight, reduce stress and have a richer, deeper experience of life.
You will learn breathing techniques and postures recommended by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Yogi Bhajan, and other spiritual teachers; we also explore the use of mudras, mantras, crystals, oils and more.
